ETHNE NANCE

General:

Ethne has extensive knowledge and experience in both theory and the practical application of medical office procedures, billing and coding. Ethne is unique in the aspect that she has worked on both sides of the medical office. This well rounded knowledge base has been invaluable in improving the overall efficiency and compliance of her client’s practices.

Medical Field Experience:

Ethne has worked in the medical field since 1996. Her experience has included clinical and administrative in both hospital and medical office settings.

Teaching:

Ethne has taught medical coding, billing and administration at a college level since 2001. In that time she received a tenured position at a college that was recognized with the Achieving the Dream Award. During her time as an educator she has had to remain at the forefront of all the changes within the industry. She has rewritten an entire Medical Coding and Reimbursement Program to better prepare future students with the increased demands that will take place due to the implementation of ICD-10. She has already begun teaching ICD-10 courses to her program’s students. The curriculum that was developed has been met with positive evaluations.

General:

Cindy is a credentialed coder with 9+ years of coding experience. She has worked as a Supervisor in the coding arena for the last 2 years.

She is specialized in IR-Dialysis and IR-Pain coding. Cindy is a Certified ICD-10 Consultant\Trainer being one of the first to go through the ICD-10 Coders Academy’s training program

Cindy has worked at top facilities such as:

  • Mayo Clinic-Rochester ,MN
  • Children’s Medical Center-Dallas, TX
  • St. Mary’s Medical Center-Huntington, WV

She has also spent 8+ years coding remotely for hospitals around the country.
