If you are located in the United States, your orders for physical products will take 2-5 days to be delivered via UPS Ground Service. Actual transit time is based on where you are located and may vary. Kindly allow seven days before you contact us. If you are located elsewhere in the world, it usually takes about two weeks to arrive.

Virtual/Online Products are not eligible for refunds; however, physical products may be eligible depending on the vendor. Please visit our Refund Policy for more information.



Q: How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

You will receive an email receipt of your confirmation of your order with subsequent follow-up email from our Enrollment Team that will provide all the information on how to complete your transaction. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
